Alibel Beach Villa - Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment Policy
- Reservation Confirmation: A reservation at Alibel Beach Villa is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods. All payments must be made in the currency specified in the reservation confirmation. Bank charges and transaction fees are the responsibility of the guest.
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once the full 100% payment is received, and the reservation is guaranteed.
- Payment Deadline: Full payment is required at least 21 days prior to check-in to guarantee the reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 21 days or more before check-in: Guests will receive a full refund, minus any bank or transaction fees.
- Cancellations made between 20 to 3 days before check-in: A 50% refund will be issued, less any applicable transaction fees.
- Cancellations made 3 days or less before check-in: No refund will be issued.
- All refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after cancellation.
- We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM.
- Check-out: By 11:30 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Villa Rules and Guest Responsibilities
- Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests per villa must not exceed the stated occupancy limit.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure the comfort and relaxation of all guests.
- Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside the villa is prohibited.
- Pets: As we have our own dogs on the property, guest pets are not allowed.
- Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Charges will apply for any damages or loss.
- Visitors: All visitors must leave the property by 10:00 PM and must be registered with management prior to entry.
- Security: For your safety, please ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the villa.
5. Facilities and Services
- Included Amenities: All amenities listed on the website are included in the rental price.
- Kitchen Use: The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Guests are required to clean and maintain kitchen areas after use, including disposing of perishables.
- Additional Services: Additional services, such as housekeeping and transfers, may be available at extra cost. Please inquire upon booking.
- Energy and Water Conservation: Please help us conserve water and energy by turning off unused appliances, lights, and the air conditioning when not in use
6. Property and Security
- Loss or Theft: The villa management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are encouraged to use the safes provided.
- Risk and Responsibility: Guests use all villa facilities at their own risk. Management reserves the right to limit access to facilities if deemed necessary for safety reasons.
- Maintenance Access: Villa management reserves the right to access the property for essential maintenance. Prior notice will be given except in cases of emergency.
7. Environmental Care
- Waste Management: Please dispose of waste in the designated bins for recycling and trash.
- Respect for Nature: We encourage guests to respect the natural environment, including local wildlife, and to minimize any environmental impact during their stay.
8. Force Majeure
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or pandemics, cancellations or modifications may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Alternative Dates: We may offer alternative booking dates depending on availability. In such cases, any refund, credit, or rebooking options will be provided at the discretion of the villa management.
9. Privacy and Communications
- Privacy: Guest information will be handled in compliance with privacy laws and regulations. We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required for booking purposes.
- Promotional Communications: By booking with us, you agree to receive essential communications regarding your stay. If you do not wish to receive promotional communications, you may opt out at any time.
10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Seychelles.
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seychelles.
- Resolution: We aim to resolve any complaints or disputes promptly and professionally. If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately to allow for resolution.
11. Modifications
- Terms and Conditions Changes: These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
- Booking Modifications: Any changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
