Holding your dates
To hold your dates, we ask for a 50% deposit. The rest you can pay in cash when you arrive, or settle the full amount online beforehand if that is easier for you. Your booking is confirmed the moment your deposit reaches us, and the villa is then yours for those dates.
Card payments on our website are handled securely by our bank, so your details stay protected from the first click to the last.
Changes and cancellations
Life moves, and we try to be kind about it.
- Change your dates for free. As long as your new dates are open, moving your stay costs nothing.
- Cancel more than 30 days before you arrive, and we return your deposit, less only the bank charge for sending it back. That fee the bank keeps, and we are not able to recover it.
- Cancel within 30 days of arrival, and the deposit is not refundable. Even then, we would far rather move your stay than lose you, so talk to us first and we will look for new dates together.
Check-in and check-out
Check in is from 2:00pm, and check out is by 11:30am. If your flight lands at an awkward hour, tell us. We live here, and we will do our best to make your arrival easy.
Self-catering, with us close by
Alibel is self-catering, so the villa is yours to live in at your own pace. Cook when you like, eat when you like, and come and go as you please. We are not in your space, but we are close by, just across the garden, for anything you need.
To start you off, we leave a starter pack in the kitchen. After that the shops are a short drive away, and we are always happy to point you to the best ones, or to arrange a dinner or a food basket if you would rather not cook.
We give the villa a full clean with fresh linen after every third night, so it stays lovely without us being underfoot. If you would like a little more, just ask.
A few gentle house rules
Our villas sit in one garden that other guests and neighbours share, so a few small things keep it lovely for everyone.
- The villa is set for the number of guests you booked. If you would like to bring one more, just ask us first so we can prepare it properly.
- We keep quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am, so everyone rests well.
- Smoking is welcome in the open air, in the garden and on the terraces, and not inside the villas.
- We are not able to welcome pets for now.
- Friends are welcome to visit during the day. We ask that anyone not staying with us leaves the property by 10:00pm.
- Please treat the villa as your own. Guests are responsible for any damage during the stay, so if something breaks, just let us know and we will sort it out together.
What we do with your details
When you book or message us, we only ask for what we need to arrange your stay, your name, a way to reach you, and your dates. We use it to look after your booking and to welcome you well. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone who is not part of making your stay happen.
Card payments are handled securely by our bank through Mastercard Payment Gateway Services, so we never see or store your card number. Our website uses only the cookies it needs to work.
Good to know
We look after the villas with care, but we cannot be held responsible for personal belongings that are lost, taken, or damaged during your stay, so please keep anything precious safe.
Prices are in euros. These terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles. If anything here is unclear, message us before you book and we will explain it properly.
AliBel Beach Villa provides this website and its booking terms in multiple languages as a courtesy. The English-language version is the authoritative and legally governing text. Where any discrepancy, ambiguity, or difference in interpretation arises between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
